Bottle Rinsing Machine NMW-16
Is a four station moving jet rotary washing machine. Operating on a
continuous moving system, subjecting the bottles to an automatic
pre-determined wash cycle. As the bottles travel along with the
nozzles, the bottles are washed internally with raw water, hot
detergent, filtered water and D.D. Water in a sequence as per
individual requirement. The bottle undergo a thorough external wash as
well,when they pass under a shower of powerful jets.
Accommodating a wide variety of bottles, the 64 bottles holders are
distributed in just two peripheral rows for easy loading and unloading.
The powerful jets ensure an all round wash.
While the main unit is driven by a 1.0 HP3 phase motor through a
suitable reduction gear Box, two 1.0/2.0 HP circulation pumps draw
their requirement of filtered water and the hot detergent from 2
stainless steel tanks of 120 liters capacity.
All contact parts are of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
Floor area required 1.6x1.6 meters (approx)

For bottles upto 40mm dia, 64BPM.
